If you are new for this pose you can be amazed difficult to strengthen the arms sufficiently and that means may want to consider using a strap. How you can do this is to loop a strap around your arms just above the elbows and press your inner arms against it. It's also wise to release the outer arms from shoulders towards flooring and lift the inner arms through the base of the index finger
